eROCKIT is a new way of urban locomotion with a zero emission electric drive. It looks like a motorcycle with pedals. The driver obtains speed control through pedaling into a generator. Unlike other electric vehicles eROCKIT requires physical involvement from it’s driver. Acceleration up to 80km/h can be achieved with a range of 60km. After finally finishing the development of the prototype it is planned to start serial production in 2012.
